While population data is somewhat unreliable for Afghanistan, Pashtuns make up the largest ethnic group at 38-44% of the population, followed by Tajiks (25%), Hazaras (10%), Uzbek (6-8%),… Continue

Reza jan, thanks for writing all the women congratulations for the women's day. Yes you are right, women shall be reminded that it still is a long way to equality in particular in Afghanistan. I live in Austria where by constitution women are equal to men. This is correct in court and all administrative aspects when you deal with the government. But still in every day live men get better paid, have better jobs and get easier promoted. But Europe is close to equality. Besides Sweden, Danmark and Norway. There women are realy equal, not only in the constitution also in everyday live. And you find a lot women in top management jobs. Also women in those Scandinavian countries representing the highest percentage of university education. And those countries are the most successful countries in the world, great economy, good wellfare system, best education, great healthcare system, good functioning society, little crime rate. And do you know why? Because women do not fight, for position and pride. They use their energy wisely and are good mediators and have a very high social inteligence. And most important educated women will have educated children. And this would be most important for Afghanistan to advance, where the children are in the hands of the women and the men meet their friends the after work and hardly have contact to their kids. And women are as inteligent as men (scientifically proven). Hence a country like Afghanistan does not utilise 50% of its populations potential. Isn't this a waste of recources
